Contract of Sale

1.1 This agreement is concluded between you (“Buyer”) and the seller (“Kzk Studija, PLC”).

1.2. These terms of purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) apply to all items that you purchase on the website www.ofthewoodfurniture.com (“E-shop”). You agree to these Purchase Terms when you make a purchase in the aforementioned e-shop.

1.3 The Seller reserves the right to change, supplement or amend these Terms.

2.1 The following entities have the right to purchase in our e-shop:

2.2 legally competent individuals, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order;

2.3 minors from fourteen to eighteen years of age (only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where the minor is emancipated);

2.4 legal entities;

2.5 authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.

3.1 The prices of items and/or services specified in the Seller’s e-shop are valid only when purchasing/ordering these items and/or services in the Seller’s e-shop. Prices are given in euros.

3.2 In order to use the Seller’s e-shop services, the Buyer must first select the product(s) from those offered in the Seller’s e-shop. Having selected the desired product or service, the Buyer clicks on the “Add to cart” button. The purchase will be placed in the shopping cart, which the Buyer sees at the top right of the page. After choosing to pay for the order, the Buyer selects a payment method and provides his personal data necessary for the fulfillment of the order. More information about your personal data and its use can be found on our Privacy Policy page at www.ofthewoodfurniture.com/privacy-policy. If your personal data, which is required to fulfill the order, changes after you have placed the order, please notify us immediately. By placing an order in the e-shop, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider.

3.3 After completing the purchase, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail.

3.4 The contract of sale comes into force only after the Buyer has paid for the order.

4.1 The price(s) of the item(s) in the e-shop and in the formed order are indicated in euros including VAT. The price(s) of the item(s) do not include the delivery fee. The delivery fee is indicated separately in the Shopping Cart.

4.2 If you order furniture outside the European Union, the prices displayed on the page do not include import duties or other taxes that the recipients of the items must pay according to the laws of the respective country.

4.3 The items available in the e-shop may slightly differ in appearance and color, as natural materials are used in production, which result in natural variations.

4.4 The characteristics of each item are indicated in the furniture description.

5.1 The terms of delivery are indicated in the e-shop. All information related to delivery can be found here

6.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 6.22810, paragraph 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, for example, in the case of custom-made items.

6.2 In order to return an item of satisfactory quality, the Buyer must inform Kzk studija, PLC within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

6.3 The items must be sent or delivered to the following address: Pergalės 33b, Naujoji Vilnia, Vilnius, LT-11202, within 14 calendar days from the notification of the intention to return the items.

6.4 The return shipping costs shall be covered by the Buyer.

6.5 When returning items, the following conditions must be met:

6.6 After receiving and evaluating the returned items, the Seller shall refund the amount paid by the Buyer no later than within 14 days.

6.7 The refund will be made by bank transfer to the same bank account from which the payment was received.

7.1 The Manufacturer provides a 24-month quality guarantee for all furniture.

8.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-shop without prior notice.

8.2 You, as the Buyer, are solely responsible for the security of your login data and its transfer to third parties. If the services provided by Kzk studija, PLC are used by third parties through your login credentials on the website, we consider that the person using our services through your account is you.

8.3 The Seller is exempt from any liability in cases where losses arise due to the fact that the Buyer, despite the Seller’s recommendations and their own obligations, did not familiarize themselves with these Terms of Purchase, although such an opportunity was provided.

8.4 The Seller shall send all notifications to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.

8.5 The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions by e-mail to info@ofthewoodfurniture.com.

8.6 These terms have been prepared in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.7 The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to the legal relations arising from these terms.

8.8 All disagreements arising from the implementation of these terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
